Branding depth
Enclosure finish, colour, cable length, connector, display and user interface are configurable or custom. How far to take that is a cost and volume decision, and configuration usually achieves more than teams expect before trying it.
Support follows the vehicle brand
A charging fault will be reported to your dealer network, not to the charger supplier. Remote diagnosis that identifies whether the problem is charger, vehicle or network is therefore a dealer support requirement rather than an operational nicety.
