Whether a site works at all, before design starts. Supply headroom, cable run distance, bay count and the civil work between them.

For: Developers, EPC contractors, anyone assessing more than one site

What these will not tell you

A calculator answers the question it was given. It does not know what your DISCOM will sanction, what the trenching route across your site actually looks like, or how your residents will behave once the points are installed. Those decide projects more often than arithmetic does.

Use these to find out whether a site is worth assessing properly. If the numbers come out marginal, that is a finding too, and it is cheaper to have now than after the design.
