Training roles
Seven roles need different things, and giving them all the same course wastes everyone's time while leaving gaps.

Operator curriculum
Product basics and what the unit does, electrostatic discharge discipline, the assembly sequence, torque and crimp technique, visual and workmanship criteria, operating the test station, and the rule that matters most: when to stop and escalate rather than improvise.
Process and test curriculum
Fixture setup and verification, golden unit handling, calibration checks, failure code interpretation, rework rules and their limits, and line balancing when a station falls behind takt.
Quality curriculum
Critical to quality characteristics and why each one matters, sampling method, the control plan and its enforcement, traceability practice, non-conformance and corrective action handling, and managing supplier quality issues.
Engineering and service curriculum
Product architecture, reading OCPP logs, firmware versioning and update handling, diagnostic workflow, and field failure triage including what evidence to capture before a unit is disturbed.

Confirms the material was understood, not merely attended.

The trainee builds under observation, and the observer records what they saw.

Station competence sign-off
Formal authorisation for that person on that station, recorded and auditable.
Unsigned operators do not run stations. This is what makes yield data attributable and quality records defensible.
Train the trainer
A local trainer is developed so the factory can onboard new staff without external dependency. This is the difference between a factory that can grow and one that degrades every time someone leaves.
Refresh triggers
Training is refreshed on product revision, process change, firmware release that alters production behaviour, and after any quality event that indicates a competence gap. Refresh is triggered by events, not by calendar alone.
What the receiving team actually needs to learn
Training that covers the assembly steps is the easy half. The half that decides whether a line runs is the diagnostic knowledge: what a failure looks like, which of several causes it usually is, and what to check first.
Our own field failure rate sits near 0.5 percent, about one unit in two hundred, and getting there was a matter of accumulated failure-mode knowledge rather than any single process control. Internal cable routing is a good example. It is not obvious from a drawing that it matters, it passes end-of-line test when done badly, and it produces returns months later. A team that has not been told will find that out the same slow way we did.
So the training covers the failures as well as the build, because that is the part that cannot be read off a work instruction.

How we work with you on this
Training is delivered on your own floor and line, with the operators and engineers who will run it, using the units actually in production. Classroom material transfers very little of what matters.
It also does not end when the sessions do. Under the monthly support model your engineers can bring us a failure they cannot explain and we work it with them. That continuing access is the part that turns training into capability, and it is why we treat it as a relationship rather than a delivered course.
