Where RIOD Works
AC charging hardware is designed and manufactured at Kaladi in Kochi, Ernakulam. Software, firmware and the charging platform are built at Infopark Koratty in Thrissur. Both are in Kerala, and both are where the work actually happens rather than sales offices.
The city pages below are about the conditions and the approval route, not about a local price. Installation cost is set by the supply position at your site and the civil work to reach the bays, which is a site question rather than a city one.

What is genuinely local, and what is not
Local to a city: the distribution licensee, the state regulatory commission, the local authority, and the operating conditions. Coastal sites face salt corrosion that inland sites do not, and each state sets its own tariff and approval position.
Not local to a city: the price. Two sites in the same street can differ several-fold on supply headroom and trenching distance alone, which is why none of these pages quotes a figure.
